The Best Shape of Your Life Challenge is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We’ll get to know your story, goals, and needs in order to customize a plan that’s just right for where you are and where you want to be.
You’ll begin with a complimentary phone consultation. This is an opportunity to tell us your story, your hopes, and the obstacles you fear the most. We want to partner with you, support you, and cheer you on over the next six weeks, and this consultation will prepare us to do exactly that.
You may have a goal weight in mind, but your health is about far more than the number on the scale. That’s why we’ll use 10 biometrics to scientifically measure your overall health. You’ll receive a personalized report of your:
- Heart rate
- Blood pressure
- Body fat percentage
- Cholesterol levels
- Cholesterol ratio
- 500 meter row time
- Body mass index
We’ll go over each of these stats with you to help you understand the picture they paint. We’ll also show you how you compare to average Americans of your gender and age and help you create goals for where you want to be in six weeks.
Step Two: We provide a customized plan and ongoing support.
Your weight loss story is unique, and so is your solution. We’ll personalize your plan to perfectly fit your needs and goals.

In order to get into the best shape of your life, your plan will include exercise. However, because this is completely customizable, we can help you find exercises that work for you. Be sure to tell us of any concerns you have on your first call, and we’ll prepare a plan to help you succeed.
Do I have to live in Fort Wayne, IN to participate?
Although we are thankful to call Indiana home, you don’t have to live here to participate in The Challenge. Through coaching calls and our unique online tracking system, we can provide a plan and ongoing support no matter where you live.
I have dietary restrictions. Will my meal plan accommodate those?
Yes. Because your meal plan is customized to you, we can create a plan that fits your specific needs. We’ll go over these restrictions in your consultation to ensure we design a meal plan that fits your lifestyle and offers the nutritional breakdown you need to meet your goals.
